Most of my practice is self-pay, but my fee is occasionally adjusted.

Feel free to call me to discuss my current fee, a limited sliding scale appointments are available based upon your ability to pay.

I accept checks, cash or credit cards.

If your health insurance carrier allows you to choose an out-of-network provider, as most PPO plans do, I can provide you with a statement of services to enable you to seek reimbursement from your insurance carrier. You may want to verify coverage for out-of-network providers and for rates of reimbursement.
